14. Ab Exercises Are Difficult

Everyone hates working on their core as it is but when your bum is so big that your lower back doesn't touch the floor then it makes it even worse. Lying on your back in general is uncomfortable because of this problem so when your gym instructors tells you to get in position for those stomach crunches, a little part of you dies inside and you decide at that moment that you would rather have a bit of a pot belly than do some sit ups. The curve in your back is just too much so just sit this one out with an ice cream...
