1. The George A. Romero Experience
Universal have had temporary zombie walkthroughs for their yearly Halloween Horror Nights event - such as in both 2012 and now in 2013 with Walking Dead attractions - but a permanent attraction celebrating the legendary movies of gore king George A. Romero would be a fantastic idea. Zombie movies are up there with vampire movies and superhero movies as the most popular franchises right now - and indeed the aforementioned Walking Dead has taken the genre to television - so it seems obvious that a zombie attraction would be hugely popular as a permanent fixture at Universal Orlando. George A. Romero has had films distributed by Universal Pictures, such as Land of the Dead, and if they could get him on board for an attraction based around his work, I'm sure it would be fantastic. There could be a pre-show in which Romero speaks to the audience through pre-recorded footage, with clips from his most famous movies showing (along with details on special effects and interviews with actors and actresses he's worked with), followed by a walkthrough experience in which guests are stalked by zombies portrayed by park workers. Get it done, Universal!
