5 Reasons Every Harry Potter Fan Must Visit Universal Orlando At Christmas

4. It's The Perfect Time To Buy Your Hogwarts Robes

As much fun as all the Wizarding World clothing is, Florida does not have the same weather climate as the dreary, rainy UK. Those thick robes might be the perfect outfit in J.K. Rowling's school in the Scottish Highlands, but they are sweat inducing in Orlando.

Luckily, the temperature starts to drop just in time for the festive season, so it's the perfect time to treat yourself to all those deliciously warm clothes.

You can purchase replicas of the knitted Christmas jumpers that Mrs Weasley gifts Harry and Ron, or why not layer up with a house scarf? Quality Quidditch Supply is the perfect shop to pick up a replica of the knitted red and gold jumpers as worn by Harry in the first movie.

My personal favourite is the grey Hogwarts House jumpers. I wore my super-soft Hufflepuff jumper every day until I got home. It was the perfect winter warmer.

Of course there are other things to spend your Christmas money on. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is filled with everything you could ever want. Why not raid Weasley's Wizard Wheezes for some Pygmy Puff or an Extendable Ear. If sweets are your thing then Honeydukes is the place you have to visit.

If you're a wizard or witch in training, then a trip to Olivander's is an absolute must. Here you can pick up an interactive wand that allows you to cast spells throughout the Wizarding World. You might even get lucky and be chosen to take part in the Wand Ceremony where you are able to find the perfect wand for you.
