The chilled out pool and delicious dining isn't all that is on offer when you stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort.

You can find the hotels's gym opposite the pool area. This contains everything that you would need to keep up with your exercise regime whilst on vacation. The gym also has steam and sauna equipment as well as a whirlpool, perfect for unwinding after a long work out. You can still make use of the gym and showers after you've checked out. This is ideal if you want pool time before you catch your flight.

If you forget your beach towel you can rent one from the Towel Hut in the pool area. This was incredibly handy for my trip to Volcano Bay as I was able to borrow towels free of charge. If you want to do the same, head down to the Hut and they will happily let you take the towels you need over to the water park. Just remember to return them at the end of the day so you won't be charged.

The hotel has a few small shops in the lobby so if you can pick up any last minute souvenirs. The Toko Gifts store just next to the main entrance has a section of Universal merchandise plus toiletries and snacks.

To keep the kids (and big kids) entertained there's a games room and poolside activities. If you fancy a bit of alone time the kids' camp will keep them occupied with activities.
