5. There Are Real Props From The Movie

After you've watched each of the Harry Potter films twenty times over, the next step really is to see the props up close!

Journeying around Calfornia's Wizarding World can be like walking through the movies themselves with familiar sights around every corner and the actual real props used in the movies found in the most unexpected of places.

The props blend seamlessly with those created by Universal and can be quite quite tricky to distinguish from the items made just for Hollywood but the fun is trying to work out which are authentic.

Some items to spot include the luggage racks on the Hogwarts Express photo opportunity, these are the real ones taken from the set of the films.

Also, while you are getting your photograph taken on the train, don't forget to take a look at the seat coverings. It is the exact same fabric that was used to cover the seats in the movies.
