Get social in every single way possible! Get on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, MySpace, Pinterest and of course, go outside. Go to parties, social events, concerts, etc. Make an announcement on your blog that you'll be available for photos and meet-and-greets when you're at a certain event. Try and get to know a few celebrities on Twitter or try and introduce yourself at VIP events. It may seem hard at first, but if you exude confidence and make yourself known, then it'll be a breeze. Once you've introduced yourself to one celebrity, you'll have your foot in the door and can meet many more amazing people.
