9 Answers To Science Questions You All Had As Kids

So... is my blue the same as your blue?

As a kid, grown ups seemed to be the fountains of all knowledge and wisdom, so on the odd occasion you asked a question that made them stop and say "I don't actually know", it was like finding a unicorn. Although, it did mean that you still didn't know the answer to the question, which was annoying.

Then, you know, you grow up, and despite having the full might of Google at your disposal, finding out whether whales have belly buttons becomes less of a priority.

Well, not to worry, let's go back over some of the many questions you might have asked as the bright and inquisitive child that you undoubtedly were, for some slightly more satisfactory answers.

Although, a word of warning, it might take some of the magic out of the world.

Some consolation for this is that now, when a kid drops any of these on you, you can answer in full and truly become the magical, all-knowing adult.
