Despite her denials, a plastic surgeon claimed that Jenny-from-the-block was in fact, not so real after all. "These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery - naturally pretty but now looks amazing," Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi tweeted back in November 2013. Furious, the singer tweeted him back rather sarcastically. "Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact." It was followed by an apology from the surgeon and an accusation that it had been his assistant who made the claim and not him. Obviously. Yet, you can't deny that she looks like a completely different person than she did back in the 1990's now, can you?
