Yep, this one does what it says on the tin. Vomiting is a pretty unpleasant state of affairs anyway, but it can sure as hell get a whole load worse. For those of you still trying to crack this code, faecal vomiting is basically pooping through your mouth. This condition is pretty rare and usually occurs when there is a severe blockage in the intestines. This blockage, whether it is composed of impacted faecal matter (yum) or some kind of tumour, will cause everything else to start back up until it's got nowhere to go, and I'm afraid that the only way from there is up (for the poop, not your luck). Technically, the matter that is vomited up isn't technically faeces as it isn't formed in the colon, but it smells and tastes the same, so try telling that to someone who is currently suffering from the condition and see how much better it makes them feel about the whole situation.
