Not a reference to the three little circles that form a Mickey head and are hidden around the parks - although there are some throughout the attraction, if you're on the hunt for any - but to the toy the little ghost girl has on the ride. 

She carries with her a Mickey Mouse doll, and this is an original 1930s version, likely to be among the first made. It's in keeping with the theme of the ride, and the lengths they go to in making it feel like it's part of the 1930s. 

Another example is the music, which features some popular songs from the decade, such as We’ll Meet Again by Vera Lynn, and Mood Indigo by Duke Ellington.
