Everything You Need To Know About DreamWorks Land At Universal Orlando Resort

Universal's favourite green ogre is making a welcome return to Universal Studios Florida.

Fans can meet the lovable ogre Shrek along with Donkey and Princess Fiona outside of Shrek's Cottage. You'll definitely be able to recognise his wonderful swamp home from the hit animated movies.

Shrek's area of DreamWorks Land is the perfect for kids as there's lots of playgrounds and interactive areas for them to enjoy. 

Firstly there's "Shrek's Swamp for Little Ogres" an interactive wet and dry playground. Here you'll find slides as well as climb and bounce areas. You'll also find Shrek's Outhouse here too.

At "King Harold's Swamp Symphony" you'll find interactive lily pads where you can create a wonder cacophony of ribbiting frog choir music. Whilst "Mama Luna Feline Fiesta" takes inspiration from Puss in Boots 2: The Last Wish. Here, kids can use interactive screens to play with Mama Luna's cats... just keep an eye out for Puss in Boots himself!

For a tasty treat, the Shrek area of DreamWorks Land also has a "Swamp Snacks" kiosk features delights such as the Shrekzel, Far Far A Waffle and a Frozen Ogre.

As of yet there's been no official announcement as to when we can expect DreamWorks Land to open, but summer is only just a few months away.
