To conclude:
I definitely don't remember having this much difficulty to get it back to the settings I like in iOS 6, but this is a HUGE change. Apple has completely changed their interface, and while I don't know much about about the inside, I know the outside is INCREDIBLY different. I don't know what prompted them to make all of the visual changes, but like I said, I love colors, so I'm a fan. To be honest, it does feel a little less sophisticated, maybe that's why there are so many gradients and things instead of just one color (I love the music icon!). I also haven't mentioned that I love that the backgrounds are full screen even on the lock screen now. I love that. However, my friend has a Samsung Galaxy and they have something makes her phone like JARVIS. When is that gonna come out, Apple? My other friend made a good point though, the fact that Apple has made it so that it only blurs your background when you're trying to do something makes the phone feel incredibly personalized. Those are colors because of YOUR background, not preset colors. For instance, my lock screen is a beautiful picture where pink and green are the dominating colors, and so when I put my passcode in, it's pink and green. I think that's a really great subtle way to make it even more personalized. I think a lot of people are too caught up with the change in visual interface that they aren't seeing that Apple has done a great job at making it user friendly. Yes, there is a learning curve built into this new iOS, but once it's figured out, it's not gonna be an issue. Also, like I said in Part 1 of this, people downloaded it the first day, before Apple had a mass opinion of what they should include/not include, what works/doesn't work, it's all going to be fixed in the coming weeks. So my advice to those who don't like it: Give it a few weeks, let yourself learn the layout of iOS7, and wait for Apple to start making changes on it based on user opinion. To those who do like it: Talk to me! What do you like about iOS 7? What points did I miss? (And seriously, who's gonna start that kickstarter?)
