The House

Just when you thought death was bad enough, you're about to find out what happens afterwards! Grave of Flesh begins at your funeral as you journey through your own grave and past the "gates of the underworld." In a "cavernous underground world" you'll find "flesh eating creatures" ready to devour you for the rest of time.

The Verdict

When this house was announced, it fell quite close to the bottom of my hype list. Having experienced this house, I was wrong to!

Walking through the initial graveyard and seeing Grave of Flesh's huge facade, I knew that this was a winner. Towering above  you is your own gravestone and the smell of dirt as you go into the ground.

This is an intense house with plenty of creatures lurking around each corner. I also appreciated that it wasn't just one environment. Grave of Flesh wasn't just soil ridden corridors and corpse like creatures. There were true monsters within the maze, playing with the flesh of their past victims.

The house had great set pieces, scary characters and plenty of moments that made me scream. What more could you want from a HHN house?!
