10 Biggest Football Stadiums In The World

2. Salt Lake Stadium (Kolkata, India) - 120,000 Capacity

The second-largest stadium in the world is home to four of the biggest league clubs in India - Mohun Bagan AC, East Bengal FC, Mohammedan SC and Prayag United SC. Furthermore, it also hosts most of the Indian National team's home games. The local 'Kolkata' derbies between Mohun Bagan and East Bengal are often sold out to maximum capacity, naturally bringing heavy emotions which often ends in violence. Surprisingly, Neil Diamond has not played here.

I'm a 24 year old working in insurance; this is not the life I thought I would have as a boy. I was certain I would be playing for England by now, unfortunately I lack the necessary stamina, skill, fitness, strength and technique. However the one thing I do not lack is passion for the game and I am able to, wrongly or rightly, conjure up an opinion about any aspect of the game. Good luck with that.
