Mousa Dembele is a brilliant player on his day - and a proven Premier League performer at that - but he has been one of Spurs' biggest disappointments in recent years since his arrival from Fulham. When he first came to England, he arrived as a striker, but he soon became more of an attacking midfielder. At Spurs, he seems to played as a defensive midfielder when he does actually get on the pitch. He is a frustrating player, because he is capable of performing well in all three positions but, at the moment, he isn't performing in any of them.
