Back in April the maverick midfielder allegedly ended his Newcastle career after months of being scapegoated by a manager who fundamentally failed to integrate his talent into the team. According to the Express, Ben Arfa was packed off to France after a heated row with manager Alan Pardew that some rumours suggest turned physical. After Newcastle succumbed to a loss against Stoke City, Ben Arfa lost his rag after being frustrated by his lack of first-team options. The club and manager downplayed rumours that the Frenchman had hit out at the under-performing manager, but he was nonetheless sent home, as the club claimed he was injured. Ben Arfa apparently also told Pardew that both Sylvain Marveaux and Mapou Yanga- Mbiwa were also unhappy, and surprise, surprise, both have now been moved out of the club. But we're not here to speculate.
