8 Lessons We Can Learn From 2014 World Cup Adverts

6. English Fans Know More Than The Management

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6HAYf_QJw2g Mars seem to be under the impression that the England management are a bunch of idiots. The ad imagines that England€™s only hope to win in the dying seconds of a game will not be from a moment of magic or an inspired substitution. No, England will need to rely on some idiot in the crowd scoffing his face with chocolate. Only the divine inspiration and tactical nous brought on by a surge in blood sugar levels is enough for the England team. This master tactician, fuelled by the power of Mars, will come up with an elaborate set piece, paving the way to World Cup glory. English teams may not always gel together as well as some of the European or South American outfits, but they do in general seem to get behind the management. Perhaps this advert would be better shown to the French, who can€™t seem to get through an international tournament without some sort of player protest or bust up between the team and coaches.
