Liverpool Transfers: Four Strikers Liverpool Could Sign

3. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

The 23-year-old Gabon frontman only became a regular goal scorer for Saint-Etienne last season when he notched an impressive 16 goals in 36 appearances. He already has two this season and hopefully he€™ll score many more. He€™d only scored six of those goals by February 2012; meaning that he notched the other ten in only three months. Aubameyang has blistering pace and finds important pockets of space before unleashing his speed to beat defences. He still shows raw technique but that potential is currently being met. The French-born striker has a tireless work ethic and will look to create opportunities for teammates. His first touch, power and accuracy are still lacking but those abilities can be improved over time. He is quick and agile and the possibility of seeing him link up with the energetic Raheem Sterling would be fascinating. While he still needs some development and he is slightly raw, the price of Aubameyang may be lower than the other options.
