Norwich City: 5 Reasons Chris Hughton Should Be Sacked

3. Poor Form On The Road

I think one thing that goes hand in hand with Hughton€™s style of management is the poor record on the road. This season, Norwich have the fourth worst away record in the league, so it shouldn€™t come as a massive surprise that the team is struggling. Only two away wins have been achieved this season, but they were important results against West Brom and Stoke City. In total, the Canaries have only picked up eight points from their 13 league games and also leaked an alarming 28 goals, only Fulham have leaked more away goals this season. In terms of points, only Crystal Palace, Stoke and Cardiff have picked up less away points this season. Recent away results haven€™t exactly been great as the club is currently on a run of three consecutive away defeats. It€™s now been five games without an away league win, but the won they did get before that was a very important 2-0 away success against West Brom, as mentioned before. If Norwich are to beat the drop this season, you would think that they will need to pick up a few more results on the road.
