5. Ricky Van Wolfswinkel - Norwich
Once wanted by Liverpool, but now the Norwich striker is risking becoming regular bench duty if he cannot turn his poor start to the season around. Van Wolfswinkel, 24, signed for the Canaries for a figure close to £9M from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon, but the latter will consider themselves having gotten the best from the deal with the striker enduring unenviable start to life in the Premier League. With just one goal from his first seven league games, the Dutch international has some way to go in convincing the manager and supporters he was worth such an outlay. He joined Norwich after coming off the back of having scored 20 goals last campaign, but has now seemingly forgotten where the back of the net is in a yellow and green shirt.
