4. Wilfried Bony - Swansea City
The Swansea striker made a name for himself last season with former side Vitesse. Netting 31 league goals in 30 games put the Ivorian on many-a-sides radar this summer, but surprisingly it was Capital One Cup winners Swansea City who won the race to sign him. More surprisingly is how poor the 24-year old has been for his new side since joining. Scoring just one league goal in six games this season has had supporters questioning whether he was really
worth the £12 million transfer fee. Despite showing signs of a promising partnership with Spanish forward Michu in a number of games, it's yet to develop early on for Swansea which has subsequently seen Bony having to try and make an impact off the bench as a result. While players don't just lose their talent overnight, Swansea manager Michael Laudrup feels the striker just needs to be given more time and patience before he will make an impact in the top-flight.
