3. Varys
This is a pretty recent loose end, but one we really hope is resolved within the next few episodes: what the heck happened to Varys? He was a pretty major part of the first half of this season, traveling with Tyrion on the way to see Daenerys.
But then Tyrion was kidnapped by Jorah, and since then Varys has dropped off the face of the world.
Where'd he go? Is he headed in Daenerys's direction without Tyrion? Is he still sitting in that brothel waiting for Tyrion to come back like Huell in the last season of Breaking Bad? This is important information.
Hopefully Varys is still heading in the same direction and therefore has a chance of running into Tyrion again, because it would be a shame to just lose track of the character until next season.
