2. The Mountain
Here's another recent one, but what's going on with The Mountain? One of the most memorable moments last season was the trial by combat between Gregor Clegane and Oberyn Martell, and given that the Viper was such a fan favorite character, it's natural that the fate of his critically injured opponent is must-hear info.
At the end of last season, he was given to Qyburn, known for his strange experiments. Pycelle asked Qyburn to save the Mountain's life, and Qyburn said he could but that the process "might change him." Then a few episodes ago, he was briefly glimpsed lying on Qyburn's table under a cloth, only for him to suddenly spasm for a moment.
What's going on here? What's Qyburn doing? Are we about to see a zombified Gregor Clegane, or maybe some sort of Frankenstein monster? Whatever it is, we sure hope we get an answer before the end of the season.
