It's only at number 6 because it's not really funny, but this doesn't make it less amazing. And no, it's not about a bear, although for the first few second, the title is pretty accurate. What follows is a mind-bending non sequitur that actually makes up the rest of the sketch. The story represents a surreal warning on prescribed drug abuse, as exemplified by the female lead's addiction to Claridryl. David Lynch would be probably smiling from up there, if David Lynch were dead. But even if the story of homicidal doppelgangers and bizarre family relationships is nod to Lynchian storytelling, the direction is the best so far for the Infomercials series. Great job Alan Resnick & Ben O'Brien! At this time of writing, it's also the most recent infomercial and has already made quite a few headlines due to Too Many Cook's success. The irony comes from the fact that it's a drug warning for people who are probably watching it on drugs. It goes to show that Adult Swim knows its audience.
