10 Amazing Horror TV Shows You Probably Missed

You can't have a list of overlooked horror shows without throwing in an anime. While there are other better horror anime out there, like Tokyo Ghoul or Parasyte: The Maxim, they tend to broaden their scope outside the bounds of horror. Within its twelve episode run, Another sticks to the genre from its bloody beginning to the its even bloodier end.

Another follows the cursed high school class 3-3. Every year, in order to ward off the violent demise of every student and teacher, the class must chose one student to ignore completely. However, a new kid joins the class and doesn't get the memo in time, kicking off a chain of gruesome deaths.

Think of Another like Final Destination but with a murder mystery twist to it. While the narrative is engaging, much like Slasher, the deaths alone make this series worth watching. Types of untimely expiration include: being impaled by an umbrella, torn apart by a boat, death by fireball, and a lot of stabbings. The amount of variety in teenager termination is brilliantly excessive, and you never know who's going to die next much less how.

Even if you aren't a fan of anime give this a shot. Fair warning though, it might put you off using an umbrella for the foreseeable future.
