The awe-inspiring glory of seeing Deku and Eri work together to beat Overhaul would put a smile on anyone's face. It's especially great because the mask wearing sociopath is arguably the most cruel villain in the series - yes, even more than All for One.

What Overhaul did to Eri was beyond any evil we saw villains in the series do up to this point. He is a sickening, despicable individual, which just makes it all the more satisfying to see the best of boys clobber him without holding anything back.

It's honestly surprising that Deku didn't accidentally kill him. While it's good that he didn't get any blood on his hands, it'd be lying to say that seeing what happens to Overhaul in the aftermath of this wasn't also satisfying in its own way.

The show pulls out all the stops here, creating one of those rare moments that's enough to have you standing up and cheering. Plus Ultra indeed.
