10 Awful Films The Walking Dead Actors Want Us To Forget
6. Lauren Cohan - Van Wilder: The Rise Of Taj
Some would consider doing a 'Van Wilder' movie as a low point in one's career (including Ryan Reynolds) but Lauren's career was just beginning when she appeared as Charlotte in the straight-to-video sequel Van Wilder: The Rise Of Taj. We can agree that Lauren has come a long way since appearing in gross-out college flicks.
The film follows Van Wilder's "Taj Mahal Badalandabad" (Kal Penn) as he studies abroad at Camford University in England, where he has to start fresh in a low-level fraternity full of misfits and losers. It is there that he meets Charlotte and attempts to woo her while getting his fraternity brothers into shape.
The film was met with all around poor reviews and scored a measly 7% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Since appearing as Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead, Lauren has made a name for herself, appearing in multiple films and even starring in her own TV series 'Whiskey Cavalier'. Now that Lauren has become a household name, thankfully, she doesn't have to worry about doing awkward scenes in low budget comedies anymore.
