10 Best Anime ONLY On Netflix

One of the most mature minded anime of the past few decades, and it comes from the same company behind Hello Kitty. There are so many reasons that this should not work, but blow me down, it not only worked, Aggretsuko stuck the landing flawlessly.

Aggretsuko is the humorous tale of Retsuko, a red panda girl trying to either adapt to the hostile den of vipers that is her corporate job, or grabbing onto any escape from it that comes her way. Of course, every attempt at the latter fails in increasingly hilarious ways.

Considering the company that made it, it should come as no surprise that the character design on this show is absolute class. Every line drawn, every piece of clothing worn, every movement made, all perfectly conveys every character's personality, behavior, and background. Even when they're in the office and of course all wearing the same uniform, the character silhouettes are so good, you'd be able to pick any of them out of a crowd easily.

Aggretsuko is the workplace comedy for the modern world. It pulls no punches, but adds in enough sweetness and optimism to keep from going the way of the UK's The Office.
