10 Best Arcs Of Clone Wars To Watch Before The Finale
9. Meeting The Mandalorians
The culture of the Mandalorians is a lot more ingrained in fans' minds thanks to Disney+'s new show, but the first time the ancient warriors debuted on screen, outside of the famous Fetts, was in The Clone Wars.
Season two's The Mandalore Plot, Voyage of Temptation, and Duchess of Mandalore set up interesting elements that make groundbreaking changes to many of the characters we thought we knew. Obi-Wan Kenobi's feelings for Duchess Satine not only gives him a parallel to his former Padawan Anakin but also a new dimension to his character.
We also get director and creator of The Mandalorian Jon Favreau voicing the sinister villain Pre Vizla, the leader of a group called Death Watch.
Two bonus episodes worth attaching to this arc are season three's Heroes on Both Sides and season four's A Friend in Need. Both introduce some key characters going forward and act as a bridge to the Death Watch's main appearances (the latter episode also having one of Ahsoka's most kick-ass moments in the entire series).
