4. Suicide Squad
Everything that was said about the episode Safe House applies here, but to a far greater extent. The formation of a suicide squad made up of some of the Nine-Nine's most hated villains and one bumbling buffoon makes this episode feel utterly special, and acts as the perfect climax to season six. It's big, hilarious and allows for plenty of characters to shine.
Suicide Squad shows as the Nine-Nine have fallen to desperate measures by employing the help of Madeline Wunch, The Vulture and Captain Stentley to take down Commissioner Kelly. Working together is a challenge as there is still plenty of animosity amongst the crew, but ultimately a plan is formed and they fight to see it pay off.
The scale easily makes it one of the best season climaxes that the show has seen, because it pays off plenty of hanging narratives in a satisfying medley. The rivalry between Commissioner Kelly and Holt has been a significant aspect of the story for quite some time, so to see it end so spectacularly quickly makes this one of the greatest episodes.
