3. Gina Linetti (Brooklyn Nine-Nine)

Ron Swanson Leslie Knope
Fox

Superb. Effervescent. Life changing. These are just a few of the words Gina Linetti uses to describe Gina Linetti and she frequently seems to be right. Her magnetic personality won over fans almost instantaneously, making her a key character in the first five seasons.

The 99th Precinct's civilian administrator and Captain Holt's assistant has an ego that can only be described as being on another level. An entire group of psychiatrists and therapists became obsessed with her at a party in Season 1. Everything she says and does is consistently epic, particularly when she's slamming everyone around her.

But her ferocity hides her love for her friends. Captain Holt holds a special place in her heart as they formed a strong bond. Still, don't get on her bad side. Linetti is commanding and fierce in every moment she is on the screen. Her tenacious attitude and vivacious wit has earned her love and respect from fans of the series.
