Mr Hankey might be one of the more puerile creations in Matt Stone and Trey Parker's brilliant South Park, but he's also one of the best, a talking piece of fecal matter who attempts to console Kyle who, as a Jew, feels excluded during the Christmas period. Mr Hankey, the apparently living lump of poo, tries to give him advice during this period, while the rest of South Park simply think that Mr Hankey is imaginary, given that he "goes prone" as a dried out piece of crap when Kyle tries to show him off around other people. Adding to the hilarity is that any...mess...that Mr Hankey leaves behind is attributed to Kyle, his parents assuming that he is pooing everywhere as a form of anti-social protest, only getting him into further trouble. Easily one of the best episodes of South Park ever, the show not only introduced this delightfully mischievious little fella, but it also made an iconic song out of Cartman's belter of a tune, "Kyle's Mom is a Big Fat B****". This is an early episode that makes it clear Stone and Parker aren't just fielding out lewd potty humour for the sake of it; the manner with which they take to task the overtly political correctness around Christmas is borderline genius.
