Daredevil is, in a way, representing all the Netflix shows cancelled too soon, although it did feel like perhaps Luke Cage and Iron Fist had come to a natural conclusion in any case.

The problem with Daredevil is that it was cancelled due to backroom dealing and licensing changing hands. With Disney buying up Marvel and planning their own streaming service, it didn’t do well for them to be lending a massive property to a rival platform.

Daredevil could potentially come back, but that would mean either Disney somehow getting the previous three seasons from Netflix or starting with season four and essentially inviting people to use Netflix to catch themselves up.

So, for now, we can safely call it cancelled. With so much more to give, such high quality episodes and a big fanbase, it was definitely cancelled too soon as well.

Blindsided came in Season 3, the final season to air. It had a lot of brilliant episodes, as did the preceding two, but for intensity, action and its perfectly executed long take, Blindsided has to be number one.

Vincent D’Onofrio continued his menacing take on Kingpin, while the fight scenes were top notch. This show was definitely taken from us too soon.
