From one end of the scale to the other, we have Ramsay Bolton and Theon Greyjoy a.k.a. Reek. They're hardly friends, after all Ramsay did kidnap, maim, torture and damage Theon before removing his penis, sending it to a father in a box, and psychologically breaking him down to the level of an obedient dog. It's hardly 'Friend Of The Year' material is it? But nevertheless, they're easily one of the best duos in the entire show, producing some staggeringly tense scenes along the way, with two particularly standing out, and neither involving violence. Firstly, Ramsay proves his sheer control of Reek by confidently handing him a razor and asking for a close shave. Just a millimetre closer to his throat, Reek would've instantly ended Ramsay, but he simply couldn't do it. The second scene comes when Ramsay gives Reek a bath. It sounds simple, and it was. Theon simply sits in the bath, while his 'master' cleanses him. It's edge-of-the-seat viewing and adds to their bizarre, torturous relationship.
