10 Best Recurring Sketches On The Kids In The Hall

3. Darill

The Chicken Lady wasn't the only Mark McKinney character who followed him to Saturday Night Live. Darill also survived the transition.

A truly good person, Darill tries to infuse everything he is a part of with an air of positivity and sophistication. Unfortunately, he's really not the brightest guy and also infuses everything with an air of idiocy. Darill grew up in Belgium, his youth chronicled in of his sketches. He is pretentious on a level that rivals Fraiser Crane without the success or intelligence to back it up.

Keeping in mind that Darill was used in some outstanding sketches, there is one sketch he was involved in called Feelyat! that transcends them all. It's an insane Dutch game show that Darill ends up as a contestant on. Every once in awhile, Kids in the Hall achieved a level of absurdity that rivaled, if not eclipsed, Monty Python. Feelyat! featuring Darill was one of those times.
