9. Final Space
Whenever a new TV series comes out of nowhere and catches fans off guard, it's a reason to celebrate. Final Space is certainly one of those series. After two seasons, it has proven to be a perfect mix of dark comedy, science fiction tropes and action on a level no one could have predicted.
The story begins with Gary Goodspeed, a criminal serving coming to the end of a five year sentence living alone on Galaxy One as it travels through space. Everything is going along fine until he meets an alien being he names Mooncake that has the power to destroy planets. But Mooncake is also super adorable so it all works out.
Gary's adventures alongside the family of miscreants he puts together becomes the crux of the series. They are all fighting to to unravel the mystery of Final Space and the danger in presents to the universe. Well, not KVN. He's just there to ruin Gary's life in any possible way he can find. There's something wrong with that robot.
