Sky Police sees Chief Wiggum with a jet pack, and Marge spearheading a campaign to use gambling to pay off church debts, complete with a card counting scheme parodying 21. When it comes to card counting, it seems Apu is an expert, and he teaches the group. The best joke in the episode? Apu's revelation that he once attended M.I.T. is quite startling - especially when it's learned that the M.I.T. in question is the Mumbai Institute of Tantric Sex, where he learned to count cards. Of course, he then adds that after graduating from the lesser-known M.I.T., he moved on to the real one and promptly flunked out ("I used the winnings to buy S.A.T. answers to get into the real M.I.T. where I failed every class, got thrown out, and had to move to Springfield").
