10 Best Sitcom Duos

1. Joey And Chandler - Friends

Friends Joey And Chandler
NBC

It really could be no one else.

Friends was the sitcom that essentially became the blueprint for every comedy show going forward. The Ross/Rachel dynamic became the standard will they/won't they of romances. The focus on drama, as well as comedy, became integral in almost every similar series. But, most of all, Joey and Chandler's friendship became the definition of a bromance.

These two complimented each other perfectly and fit together like a pair of puzzle pieces. Where Joey was dumb, Chandler was smart, where Chandler was insecure, Joey was confident. This helped them fill in for what the other was missing and established them as a co-dependent pairing.

Another aspect of this duo that made them so compelling was their tendency to clash. Seeing as they were both pretty stubborn, they'd end up arguing over petty things all the time. But, this made their relationship all the more believable as friendships aren't always perfect, and they'd always manage to figure their problems out.

Whether it's hanging out at Central Perk, watching Baywatch together, or playing foosball, these two were always happy to be around each other.
