8. The Limo
Two words: Nazi conspirators.
The '90s were indeed a different, experimental and risk-taking time. These days, you'd probably have some formation of people you've never heard of cursing your name and defaming you in every perceivable way possible for writing something like this.
Seinfeld, however, was a more challenging show, predominantly because it was brought to fruition in the golden year of entertainment that was 1989. It was so challenging that it had the gall to take its two Jewish leads and consequently put them in the worst possible predicament - subject to their own antics - as they mistake a limo trip for frivolity when it instead becomes hostility after posing as a Nazi leader.
Jerry, George, Elaine and the K-Man have intentionally perpetuated some really deplorable acts, but this may be (one of) their worst, despite there being no ill-conceived notion of self-serving profiting from another's misfortune. The revelation is where the humour is born and once it's been birthed, it's growth spurt is never once relinquished.
