10 Best TV Bromances Ever
2. Joey & Chandler - Friends
These two are probably most people’s first thought when they hear the term bromance, and it's no surprise since they come from a show literally titled Friends. While their personalities couldn't be more different (see a pattern here?), Joey and Chandler work so well together because they bring out the best in each other.
They seemingly want to spend every waking moment with each other, and their escapades are definitely one of the funniest parts of the show. Whether it's watching Baywatch, raising a duck, playing games like foosball, or even inventing games of their own, they are always up to something and you never want to miss it.
Sadly, the era of inseparable roommates J-Man and Channy ended in season six when Chandler decided to move in with Monica (bros before hoes, come on!). They still managed to get into a lot of their usual shenanigans, since it was only across the hall, but it proved to be a turning point for Chandler. He went on to become more of a family man towards the end of the series, culminating with them moving out to the suburbs in the series finale.
Nearly two decades after Friends came off the air, Joey and Chandler remain a template for how a great TV bromance should be written, even though they cannot really be imitated.
