It's been said countless times and I'll say it again: It just isn't Christmas until you see a naked Danny DeVito climb out of a leather sofa.

In the thirteenth and final episode of Season 6, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia show us how the gang celebrate Christmas in a hilarious, disturbing and ultimately heart-warming tale of friendship... sort of.

The plot: Dennis and Dee are pissed off with Frank because every year he buys them the dream presents that they want just so that he can rub it in their faces. In a bid to make him see the error of his ways, with the help of his former business partner, they do a Christmas Carol-style story through Frank's life. Meanwhile, Mac and Charlie try to get in the Christmas spirit by doing the things they did as a child, only to realise things weren't as innocent as they had thought.

Why it's awesome: It has everything: a claymation song and dance number, a mall brawl with Santa, a wrecked Lamborghini and, it cannot be stressed enough, a naked Danny DeVito. Although the day is chaos, the ending with Charlie and Mac throwing rocks at trains as part of their Christmas tradition is uplifting and sweet.
