8. The Cast Members All Slept Together
One of the most amusing myths surrounding the production of Friends is that the six main cast members all signed a "no sex" contract, meaning they agreed not to fraternise amongst one another and risk creating an uncomfortable work environment or even endanger the show itself.
In a 2016 interview with all six cast members, presenter Andy Cohen asked about the apocryphal contract, to which David Schwimmer slyly remarked that even if such a contract existed, it had been "broken."
This naturally caused rabid Friends fans to go into overdrive, speculating wildly on which of the cast members Schwimmer was seemingly implying to have hooked up during the show's decade-long production.
But it seems that Schwimmer was ultimately just toying with fans and having a little fun at their expense, as Chandler himself, Matthew Perry, denied that any consorting between the cast had taken place:
"I don't know who [Schwimmer] was referring to. I think there was no sex between any of them, or I was really missing something."
As much as fans really want to believe this one, you can't blame the cast for wanting to avoid a potentially messy situation and risking their collective livelihoods in the process.
