1. Young Ahsoka And Plo Koon

One of the great successes of The Clone Wars was to flesh out and add character to many of the Jedi seen in the Prequel Trilogy who never got a chance to shine. Plo Koon is a great example of this, a character who was largely confined to the background in the movies but was given a number of great episodes that proved him to be among the wisest and more interesting of all the Jedi.

In the show, Plo Koon shared a special relationship with Ahsoka Tano, as he was the Jedi who discovered Ahsoka when she was only a child and brought her to the Jedi Temple to be trained. This moment is shown only briefly in the show, but there were actually full episodes that would've explored the pair's origin in depth.

Originally, a beautiful-looking woman was going to take Ahsoka, who then turned out to be an impostor who was planning to sell Force-sensitive children. Plo Koon would then arrive to save Ahsoka himself, with his rather frightening appearance. The episode was essentially a lesson in not judging a book by its cover and would have added an origin to their relationship. Each time these two characters appeared in episodes together it was great, so it is unfortunate that fans were robbed of it as a result of the series' cancellation.
