8. The Top
The Tops power sounds silly at first: he can spin really fast. However, his spinning has proved to be a challenge to the Flash for decades. As a boy, Roscoe Dillon turned his obsession with tops towards his criminal career and trained himself to spin at incredible speeds, but dont ask me how he accomplished this. Not only did his spinning allow him to deflect bullets and other things, but it increased his intelligence as well, which he used towards building top weapons, which have included glue tops, gas tops, explosive tops, and once a gigantic atomic grenade top. In the New 52, the Top has been replaced by a new character named Turbine. Although is power is the same, Turbine is a World War II Tuskegee Airman who disappeared for 70 years into the Speed Force, the same dimension and power source that the Flash draws his powers from. The Top for the Flash series should primarily be based off Roscoe Dillon with a touch of Turbine mixed in. Most of the Flashs enemies (originally) use technology and weapons when fighting him and very few have powers. Id like to see Flash fight someone with super powers other than his inevitable confrontation with Professor Zoom. Perhaps the TV Top had an adverse reaction to the energy wave that was unleashed by the Central City particle accelerator, and this combined with some other factor gave him his powers. If the show decides to introduce the Speed Force, Top can be one of the other characters that taps into the dimensional force.
