6. Noah
Only appearing in ten episodes of the show, Noah made quite an impact in a short time. Perhaps it was due to the fact he had great chemistry with characters such as Beth, Tyreese, Glenn, Aaron and Reg, and only shared a few scenes with all of them. It just seemed such a waste of an interesting character and a talented actor to kill him so swiftly.
Had Noah stuck around we could've seen him step up after Reg was killed and the large horde of walkers from season six decimated the Alexandria defences, putting whatever architecture lessons he got to good use. Having him lead the reconstruction of Alexandria would allow him to step up to a more prominent role in the show while also allowing for Tyler Williams to show off his acting skills, something he was able to demonstrate superbly in episode nine.
One thing is for sure, it certainly would've been cooler to see Noah grow as a character rather than watching him get torn apart by walkers.
