5. Cisco Ramon & Wally West OR Jesse Quick (Ciscwa OR Ciscquick)
Cisco is a sweet, funny character with one very unfortunate habit- creeping on pretty much every girl who comes within creeping distance, especially those with superpowers. To be fair, this trait faded as season one went on and the writers seemed to realise that they didn't have to tick every nerdy guy stereotype box with him. But it might be nice if, in season two, he could engage in a real relationship rather than a stalk-y one. Cisco has a well-known predilection for the super-powered and luckily for him there are two new speedsters arriving in Central City. Wally West, who becomes Kid Flash in the comics, will be a major player in season two and is being played by a 23 year old man so there is nothing creepy about shipping him with anyone, promise. Cisco seems like the kind of dude who'd make discoveries about his sexuality late and West might be just the guy to help him out. Failing that, Jesse Quick will also be making an appearance though at the moment very little is known about her except that she'll probably be fast. But will Cisco be fast enough to catch her eye before she meets and falls in love with Snart?
