After Rick’s revelation during the Season 2 finale that everybody is already infected with the zombie virus and will turn even in the event of a natural, non-walker related death really upped the ante in TWD, making not only the marauding undead a threat but also regular dead folk too.

But one fan theory suggests that all hope may not be lost just yet in the grim, post-apocalyptic world of TWD and speculates that those born after the apocalyptic sh*t hit the fan have somehow developed immunity to the virus. This, of course, means that both Judith Grimes and Maggie and Glenn’s (RIP) as yet unborn offspring would be immune along with any other babies born post-zombie apocalypse.

Ah, just picture it: a new generation of virus-free apocalypse warrior babies trained since toddlerdom with deadly fighting skills ready to fight hordes of the undead and ensure the future of humankind. That’s giving you a nice, warm feeling in the pit of your stomach isn’t it?
