9. Edward's Collection Of Freaks

Even the Freaks believe in some superstitions and they're all terrified of performing on Halloween for fear of summoning Edward Mordrake. Mordrake was a man who was born with a face on the back on his head and legend has it that it was maleficent; whispering evil things to him in the dead of night. It even convinced him to murder his entire coterie and then himself. Although Edward is a victim to the other self which has manifested itself on his head, he is also a threat to the Freaks as he is looking to take one of their souls with him. It is at this point where the viewers are able to see the Freaks for who they really are and although everyone is on Team Lange, Elsa Mars deserved to be taken for her arrogance and greed for fame. Having said that, the idea that there is a dead Freak Show waiting to be summoned every Halloween is a bit bizarre, but in the world of AHS it just makes sense that this would happen.
