8. The Lizard Girl's Origin

Most girls believe that their fathers wouldn't ever do anything to hurt them. But poor Penny defied and humiliated her dad by falling for Paul, causing his paternal bond to break. In order to give her what she desperately wanted, he turns her into someone who he believes that Paul would deserve; a Freak. Viewers were horrified when Penny's father transformed her into a lizard girl as a method of publicly disowning her so that she had no other option but to leave society and join the Freak Show. He drugs Penny and tattoos her face and head to make her look like a reptile, after all, it was a snake that caused Eve to sin in the garden of Eden. He also shaves her hair and forks her tongue, turning her into a woman who would be ostracised from her family for the rest of her life. It was pretty distressing to say the least, especially when the perpetrator was her own flesh and blood.
