Homer and Marges relationship has survived a lot of turmoil over 25 seasons, but they almost reached their breaking point in Secrets of a Successful Marriage. While attempting to teach a class on marriage, Homer reveals several personal details about his own, which includes many of Marges preferences in the bedroom and worse her natural hair colour. Feeling betrayed, Marge kicks him out, unable to trust him and unsure if their love can ever be restored. After living a day without his wife, Homer is a physical and emotional mess and after realising how much he needs her, he learns that he can never take her for granted again and vows to earn back her trust and love, in exchange for complete and utter dependence! Part of the reason we all love Homer is because hes just a big child. He is impulsive and easily excited (Wow! A blue car!) and his lack of intelligence is part of his innocence. But the reality is that Homer cannot take care of himself and depends on Marge more than any of their three children ever could. He loves her, and would do anything for her, but alas, his childlike dependence on her is hardly the foundation to build a marriage on. Not that Marge seems to have noticed...
As a wrestling fan I've flown across the Atlantic for the last five years specifically to attend WrestleMania (28 and 30) as well as TNA, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and most recently PWG.
I may have a problem!
But if you're reading my work then you probably love wrestling too, so lets focus on that!
